The Base is proud to offer four apartments, two 2 bedrooms and two 3 bedrooms in accordance with the City of Chicago Affordable Requirements Ordinance (ARO). If your annual income is between $47,100-$78,060, you may qualify for special pricing on these select residences.

The ARO units are 103, 201, 305, 404.
